62-69 Kenosia Avenue
Statlistics Building
Danbury, CT

This multi-tenant building is an example of how involving the Caldwell & Walsh team at a project’s earliest stages saves an owner time and money. Our experience with the City of Danbury’s approval processes allowed us to expedite the approvals, moving the schedule along at a fast pace, and ultimately allowing tenants to move in sooner. The result is that the owner generated money from leases sooner than if they’d used the conventional contracting method.

Caldwell & Walsh also saved time by involving subcontractors early to perform MEP design-build to satisfy the building needs, and city code requirements. One of the most significant cost saving solutions was changing the contemplated design from an interior elevator shaft to an exterior addition. Not only did this save the owner $100,000, but enhanced the building's overall design.
