This award winning branch is located at a highly visible site on a major thoroughfare. Union Savings Bank, recognizing the importance of the location, saw it as an opportunity to enhance their community. The result is that the completed branch was chosen by the Ridgefield Board of Selectmen for their Commercial Property Beautification Award. One of two given in a unanimous vote, they were the first beautification awards given by the town in over two years. The new branch is the bank’s second location in Ridgefield and includes an inviting lobby space, drive-up teller stations, and an ATM.
Union Savings Bank first contracted Caldwell & Walsh in 1990 to construct The Galleria in downtown Danbury, a mixed-use retail and office complex. Since then, this new branch is one of many projects successfully completed by Caldwell & Walsh for Union Savings Bank. From planning to construction or for maintenance, Caldwell & Walsh is there for the long haul.
