Caldwell & Walsh served as Construction Manager for this fast track conversion of the West Side Primary Care Center. The 18,000 square foot, two story, primary care facility was converted from co-op spaces to medical facilites. The project required complex coordination to meet co-op board requirements while still maintaining the fast pace of construction. The entire construction phase was completed in just five months.
Throughout the duration of the project, the structural steel framing system for the building was also replaced, as the building continued to be occupied. This intricate replacement and the overall conversion neccessitated significant consideration for the residents and normal day-to-day operations of the facilities.
