The Praxair Cancer Care Center, part of Danbury Hospital, a Solucient® Top 100 Hospital, offers comprehensive cancer programs. Caldwell & Walsh served as Owner Representative for this renovation for the Praxair Cancer Care Center and new entry to the Stroock Building that houses the Center. The Cancer Care Center facility included chemotherapy and radiation therapy infusion rooms, nurses stations, consultation offices for Oncologists, a courtyard with fountains accessible from the infusion rooms, conference areas for the American Cancer Society and Ann’s Place/I Can support group meetings, as well as a health library including internet access. The main entry renovation included a reception area, gift shop and cafeteria complete with a commercial kitchen.
