A design/build project, this 2,000 square foot renovation was completed for The HomeVision Group, purveyors of Fairfield County's premiere properties. Spaces in the building included a new reception area, conference room, and offices. Structural changes required by the new layout were challenging due to the age and original construction of the building. The new interior construction and trim were carefully matched to the existing. The existing floors had to be patched to be returned to the beauty of its natural wood finish. Caldwell & Walsh dispatched our highly skilled and creative carpenters to work with the owner because of the existing conditions and because many designs for the fit-up needed to be altered to accomplish the design.
