Caldwell & Walsh was contracted by The Diocese of Bridgeport as Construction Manager for the new construction of the Catherine Dennis Keefe Queen of the Clergy Residence. This three story, pre-engineered timber framed and masonry structure houses nineteen living quarters for retired priests, a chapel, dining and lounge areas, library, exercise room, and a commercial kitchen. As Construction Manager, we saved them $5,000 on their initial budget.
